Massive Change Network’s design studio sits upon the traditional homelands of the Council of Three Fires: the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi peoples. The area we know as Evanston served as an important gathering place for the Fox and Sac, Ho-Chunk, Kickapoo, Menominee, Miami, and Peoria tribal nations. We acknowledge and honor the original people of this land and support those who continue to call this area home. Their traditions inform our mission to accelerate positive change through life-centered design and we are grateful to work on their land to design a better future for every living thing.
